After weeks and months of preparation Rostrvm Solutions is moving offices this weekend with service completely transferred to the new office on Monday 2nd April. If you are using our non-geographic telephone numbers to contact us (as published in December 2011) then the change will be seamless to you. But if you are using the ‘old’ numbers – beginning 01483 – then you need to vist the contact page on www.rostrvm.com to make sure you have up to date contact details.

Held at the Park Plaza Riverbank London Hotel, the awards celebrate the success of contact centres across the region and aim to raise the profile of the sector as an attractive career path, as well as highlight worthy role models .
Ken Reid of Rostrvm Solutions said, “It’s gratifying to be able to applaud people and companies in the contact centre industry who are performing well despite tough economic conditions. There are 12 categories in the competition this year and a shortlist of candidates will be announced on 23 March. At the Gala Dinner the winners will be asked to share their knowledge and experiences with the audience. The whole event provides an excellent opportunity to network and share best practice.”
